Introduction
To scientifically prove the theory of the soul we will have to first abandon the atomic theory of science for a more rational theory of numbers. This rational theory is called MAMA philosophy.
Natural philosophy, which science is a result of, started with the premise that all things are a result of small indivisible particles called atoms interacting with each other.
MAMA philosophy starts with the premise that all things are numbers and everything can be explained as numbers interacting with each other. This premise was made famous by the Greek philosopher Pythagoras and is the basis of rationalism.
This philosophy can merge with science since it puts numbers as the arche of existence and sciences strongest explanation tool are scientific equations which are simply numbers with experiments being used to empirically prove the equations and find practical applications for the equations and mathematical theories.
The following is simplified version of MAMA philosophy that will answer six fundamental questions while comparing the answers to those of science and allow us to have the grasp of how the philosophy will help us discover the soul and the reason for life:
MAMA philosophy
What is existence?
The first question we are going to answer is “What is existence?”
Science answers this question by saying that existence is simply energy or matter. To the question “Why does energy or matter exist?” science has no answer.
This problem of giving the answer of existence as something has baffled philosophers from time immemorial since any answer you give such as waves, energy, frequencies, turtles etc. will bring the insurmountable task of explaining why there’s that something be it energy, frequencies, waves etc. and not nothing?
Many philosophers have tried to crack the question of “Why does something exist and not nothing?” and the philosopher who managed to answer the question was Leibniz.
Leibniz brilliant answer to the question was that existence is something and not nothing because the something that makes up existence is also nothing.
So to answer the question of existence we have to frame the arche of existence be it waves, energy, matter, numbers etc. in such a way that they are both something and nothing.
The best candidate for this is numbers since numbers can be represented as something while still being net nothing.
Hence this is why MAMA philosophy explains existence as numbers since they are the only logical thing that can be something and nothing hence the only rational answer to the question of existence. The following is MAMA philosophies answer to the question of “What is existence?”:
Existence is infinite monads with each monad being infinite positive and negative numbers that sum up to zero making existence both something and nothing.
Monad = 1+2+3+4…..+∞-1-2-3-4-…..-∞ = 0
Existence is something because monads consists of numbers hence we can use numbers to explain the physical world and life etc. i.e. 1+2+3+4…..+∞-1-2-3-4-…..-∞
Existence is nothing because the numbers sum up to zero hence we have no need of having to explain what made existence because it’s actually nothing and nothing needs nothing to exist! i.e. 0
So this answer to existence doesn’t face the insurmountable task of explaining why there’s numbers and not nothing because the numbers are also nothing since they sum up to zero.
What is the goal of existence?
The second question we are going to answer is “What is the goal of existence?”
Science answers this question by saying that the goal of existence is either the big crunch, big rip or big freeze.
This answer is so nihilistic since it doesn’t give us a chance to be able to explain life in a teleological sense hence is a return to nihilism. So in science existence is eternal but not cyclical. Let us now look at the answer of MAMA philosophy:
Existence is cyclical meaning it has no beginning or end but we can assume the start of existence as when the infinite numbers are asymmetrically or randomly connected and the end of existence as when the infinite numbers are symmetrically connected.
In the beginning of the cycle of existence the numbers of monads where randomly connected i.e. 32+5+432+97…. -34-76-495……
In the end of the cycle of existence the numbers of monads are symmetrically connected i.e. 1+2+3+4…..+∞ -1-2-3-4……-∞.
So every phenomenon in existence can be explained through the randomly connected numbers trying to symmetrically connect with each other to reach the end of existence where they will be symmetrically connected.
So unlike science, in MAMA philosophy existence is eternal, cyclical and its beginning and end are defined as the beginning of a cycle of existence and an end to a cycle of existence.
What is the physical world?
According to science the physical world began after the big bang where dimensionless space became dimensional space. This is a very good answer since it has a lot of empirical and theoretical proof.
The biggest problem science faces with this answer is that it fails to explain what happened before the big bang.
Scientists usually brag that they can explain what happened 0.3 seconds after the big bang until the current universe but the truth remains that they can’t explain what happened before the big bang and hence cannot explain what caused the physical world. Let us now discuss how MAMA philosophy answers the question of “What is the physical world?”
We already said that the beginning of existence is when the infinite numbers of the infinite monads are randomly connected i.e. 32+5+432+97…. -34-76-495…… = 0
Now in the beginning, although the numbers are randomly connected they still sum up to zero meaning that the beginning of existence is dimensionless.
Hence before the big bang existence was dimensionless because the monads numbers summed up to zero. Consider the following example:
Before the big bang: 43-67+45-78+89-4 ……. = 0. Numbers are randomly connected but summed up to zero hence dimensionless.
Now the best method for the numbers to symmetrically connect with each other is to exchange with other monads.
What this means is that the monads randomly exchange numbers to try and symmetrically connect them. By doing this the monads numbers are no longer equal to zero since they have broken the balance by exchanging numbers randomly.
Using our example of: 43-67+45-78+89-4 …… = 0. If 43 exchanges with 50 then it means that the 43 that cancelled with -43 to give zero is now 50 which cancels with -43 to give 7.
So our monad becomes 50-67+45-78+89-4…….. = 7. Hence it’s no longer dimensionless giving birth to the physical world.
So the physical world is simply numbers of monads randomly exchanging numbers with each other so as to symmetrically connect them.
Unlike science, MAMA philosophy is able to explain why before the big bang existence was dimensionless through its monads.
What is life?
According to science life is simply a result biochemical reaction in the bodies of living organisms. This is a very good answer in terms of their premise of science as everything being interactions of atoms.
The biggest problem science faces with this answer is that it fails to explain any teleological answer about life hence being nihilistic in nature. If this answer of science is used in our ethical and moral problems it would result in many unwarranted answers as we will see later in the book. Let us now look at the answer MAMA philosophy provides to the question of “What is the meaning of life?”
For low valued numbers of monads, the best way to symmetrically connect their numbers is through randomly exchanging numbers with each other forming the physical world.
But the high valued numbers of monads use a different way to symmetrically connect their numbers.
They do so by connecting with low valued numbers which are simplified values of themselves and using them for calculations. So for example, consider the following numbers: 6510+6520+6530+6540+…..
Instead of the monad calculating using the big numbers it can connect with the following numbers: 10+20+30+40….. And use them to do its calculations in a much simple way.
So for higher numbers the monad connects with low numbers which are simplified values of the higher numbers and uses them for the calculations i.e. 6510+6520+6530+6540…. Connects with 10+20+30+40…..
The 6510+6520+6530+6540…. can be considered as the soul and the 10+20+30+40….. Can be considered the brain the soul connects to.
So you are high valued numbers that have connected with your brain which is low valued numbers with a similar value difference and you use your brain to simplify your calculations.
So we can now define life as high valued numbers connecting with low valued numbers to use them to simplify their calculations.
Unlike science, MAMA philosophy defines life in such a way that it allows teleology and meaning in our lives.
What is death?
According to science death is simply a result biochemical reaction in the bodies of living organisms. This is a very good answer in terms of their premise of science as everything being interactions of atoms.
The biggest problem science faces with this answer is that it fails to explain any teleological (metaphysical) answer about death hence being nihilistic in nature.
Although it provides a way for us to stop deaths or reverse deaths, it provides no metaphysical understanding for people to use to understand where and what happened to their loved ones.
Let us now discuss the answer MAMA philosophy provides to the question of “What is death?”
To understand death let us use the example we used above of 6510+6520+6530+6540…. Connecting with 10+20+30+40…..
Now the 10 can disconnect with the 20 and connect with a lower number such as 19, 18, 17 etc. This is also true for 20, 30, 40 etc.
So for the high valued numbers to ensure that the simplified low valued numbers remain the same so they can use them for calculations they have to make sure they are always connected to numbers with high values than them so that they don’t exchange.
Using our example when 10+20+30+40…. Is connected to 230+67+312+857…. there can be no exchange since 230, 67, 312, 857 are bigger than 10, 20, 30, and 40.
So if 6510+6520+6530+6540…. Is what we call a soul and 10+20+30+40… is the brain the soul has connected to then the 230+67+312+857…. Connected to the 10+20+30+40… is the body that makes sure the brain is intact.
Now death happens when the 10+20+30+40… connects to numbers that it can exchange with such as 230+11+312+857 which will lead the 20 to exchange with 11 and make it 10+11+30+40… which makes the series no longer similar to 6510+6520+6530+6540….
Once the series are no longer similar, the soul (6510+6520+6530+6540….) can no longer control the brain (10+11+30+40…) making the connection faulty leading to the death of the organism.
Unlike science, MAMA philosophy answers the question of death in a teleological sense and still allows us to have a way to counter death.
Conclusion
After learning about MAMA philosophy let us now explain why the theory is compatible with science and how it can lead to the empirical discovery of the soul.
