Hello, my name is Mkwawa and for the last 10 years I have been trying to create a new mode of living for society that will solve most of its problems.

I have now succeeded and I am ready to share it with the world so that we can build a movement around it and start plans to make it a reality. The following is the new mode of living:

Meritocratic apartments consist of houses connected to a food hub that handles all chores involved with food and a clothes hub that handles all chores involved with clothes.

When someone needs food they order it from the food hub and it’s brought to them by a pod that passes through small tunnels, when they finish eating they return the dirty dishes using the pod that passes through a small tunnel to the food hub where they are cleaned and stored.

When someone needs clothes they order them from the clothes hub and they are brought to them by a pod that passes through a small tunnel, when they finish wearing, they return the dirty clothes using the pod that pass through a small tunnel to the clothes hub where they are cleaned and stored.

The houses don’t need a fridge, kitchen, closet, washing machine etc. as they are all in the hubs.

Meritocratic apartments are governed by a meritocratic government system that allows residents to decide on how the profits of the hubs are used and how the apartment complex is governed through directly voting for decisions.

The meritocratic government allows the residents of the meritocratic apartments to have power over what happens in the apartments making them true owners of the apartments.

The meritocratic government consists of institutions that residents can join through passing merit tests.

Once they are members of an institution they can vote on or propose bills to change regulations or policies of the government.

Hence residents of the meritocratic apartments could pass merit tests for the food institution which might include questions about the supply chain of the food hub or how the food hub works and propose a bill for the profits of the food hub to be used to purchase certain automation, to create a garden etc.
