MAMA WORLD is a new societal model designed to allow all its residents to easily gain knowledge and help in human progress.
In this article, we will be discussing how MAMA apartments which are one of the infrastructures of MAMA WORLD will allow its residents to easily participate in the anti consumption movement.
The anti consumption movement is a social and cultural movement that encourages individuals to reject or minimize their participation in consumerism and question the prevailing consumer oriented mindset in society.
Although people love the anti consumption movement, most of them can’t practically participate in the movement due to our current style of living requiring a lot of stuff and products to maintain ourselves and our houses.
People living in MAMA WORLD wouldn’t struggle to embrace the anti consumption movement since they would be living in MAMA apartments.
MAMA apartments consist of houses connected by a mini elevator system to a food and clothes hub.
When residents want food or clothes, they order them through an app, and they are brought to them from the hubs, by pods that pass through the mini elevator system.
Once they finish eating or wearing the food or clothes, respectively, they return the dirty dishes or clothes, using pods that pass through the mini elevator system to the hubs for washing and storing.
The houses don’t have a kitchen, closet, appliances, etc. since all chores are done in the hubs, and hence, are simple enough to be fully cleaned by autonomous robots.
Therefore, residents of MAMA apartments wouldn’t need to buy any stuff involved with food or clothes such as appliances, detergents, utensils, groceries, cleaning tools etc. as they are bought in bulk and used by the hubs.
This will significantly reduce the amount of products and stuff residents have to buy to live comfortably and allow them to easily embrace the anti consumption movement.
