This is largely due to the fact that it threatens their profit margins as they make significant revenue from the sale of new cars and replacement parts and battery swapping technology would reduce the need for both.
In addition, car companies have invested heavily in building out charging infrastructure which they see as more profitable business model.
Car companies in MAMA WORLD would embrace battery swapping technology since in MAMA WORLD the companies don’t make money through selling products but through innovating and inventing new products and technology.
The whole system is based on a time banking system which is a system of paying people to learn a profession and then using them through a time banking system where they give a few hours of their time a week to do the profession for free.
The profits obtained from selling the products or services produced by their labor, are used to offer massive rewards for companies in the industry, who through research and development, come up with new technologies or innovations, that help humanity.
Hence in MAMA WORLD, battery swapping technology, would easily be introduced, as it won’t affect the car companies income, since they make money not from selling cars, but from getting massive rewards for coming up with new technologies and innovations in the transportation industry through research and development.
